Aroma ( Tea & Me)

We bring you an aroma that connects you with the meaning of your existence, as our body comprises Five Divine Sheaths. The first one, Annamaya kosha, is one of the five layers of awareness that veil the Atman, or true Self. We believe that the divinity of one’s existence is felt through the senses, and connections are built between them and the universe.

At One Heart Studio, we look seriously into this matter, and here, we provide a space for our family to have a sip of freshly brewed tea and realign their mind with their body. Below is a list of tea from Puva’s list of love.
