Its was a sudden thought of uplifting my knowledge and experience in Hatha Yoga to another level with a germinating idea of introducing International Authentic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in collaboration with IYO Yoga Grandmaster, Dr. Kavita Piyush Kesharia, Aarrogyyam Yoga Mumbai, with recognition from International Yoga Organisation, under the umbrella Ministry of Ayush. Ten of them have enrolled, from North, South, East, Central Malaysia and Chennai, and all of them were trained by Grand Master Trainers from India and also Evaluated by Three Master Trainers from India. For more than 3 months, all of the trainees were only had One day off for each week! I salute to all recipients who have received their certificates from IYO, One Heart Studio Cyberjaya and Aarogyyam Yoga, Mumbai, India at the World’s Yoga Capital Rishikesh, India! Which were done in Hybrid manner! The relatives and 4 of them hv joined to celebrate the graduation via Zoom.
