Welcome, everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, we are delighted to have you here.
Yoga is not just about physical exercise; it’s a holistic practice that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. It’s an opportunity to find balance, cultivate mindfulness, and create a sense of inner peace.
We’ll focus on gentle movements and breathing exercises to help you connect with your body and calm your mind. Remember, yoga is a personal journey, so listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Yoga is great for your body for several reasons—it helps increase flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles, improve heart health, boost energy, and reduce stress and pain. Covid-19 has accelerated online learning globally and brought great boons to yoga instructors and practitioners. Lockdowns have affected in-person yoga classes, which are an ideal way to get personalised support from teachers. However, there’s still much to be gained from online classes for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
