We’ll focus on gentle movements and breathing exercises to help you connect with your body and calm your mind. Remember, yoga is a personal journey, so listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Basic Hatha Yoga for all Ages

A Healthy Body and Mind Lead You to a Greater Life. Our Basic Hatha Yoga class is designed for all people from all walks of life. Whether young or old, overweight or fit, yoga can calm the mind and strengthen the body. Our experienced and certified instructors will guide you through the basic poses at your own pace and ensure you achieve your personal mile of the day. 

Kids Hatha Yoga

Our kids are our future. Therefore, it is important for us to prepare and provide them with knowledge of yoga that will shape them mentally and physically. Starting yoga early on in life makes a big difference in the development of the body and brain. Our teachers are experienced and know the best what a child needs when it comes to yoga. Life-enhancing asanas will be introduced with weekly or monthly themes and focus. These will make every child experience a joyful blossoming of their natural potential. Apart from this

Mothers’ Time Out Yoga ( Morning Session )

This daily, from Monday to Friday, 9 am class is especially for all mothers or anyone who feels they need a time out for their health within their daily routine. We have a Zen Den and a person to look after your kids so you can be at peace for One Hour. 

Gentle Yoga for All

Suppose you are a slow and steady person, currently recovering from injuries, gracefully ageing and having lost of limb. In that case, this class offers easy yoga asanas and meditation that build your core and inner strength and increase flexibility to lead a quality life.

Yoga Meditation

Meditation is a technique for calming down the nonstop activity of the mind and for experiencing inner peace, away from those nagging thoughts and peace-consuming stress. It is a way to sharpen the mind and focus. In this class, you will learn proper meditation techniques based on Swami Sivananda’s techniques by our experienced, internationally certified Yoga Meditation Teacher.

Our Yogi Baby Yoga Series was founded in the year 2020 and designed especially for expecting mothers, post-natal yoga and fertility yoga for trying couples.  Taught by our certified instructors, these classes will be upon appointment.

Zoomie Online Hatha Yoga Classes

Yoga is great for your body for several reasons—it helps increase flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles, improve heart health, boost energy, and reduce stress and pain. Covid-19 has accelerated online learning globally and brought great boons to yoga instructors and practitioners. Lockdowns have affected in-person yoga classes, which are an ideal way to get personalised support from teachers. However, there’s still much to be gained from online classes for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
